Wow! Take a look at these
lakefront lots. When I went to look at them I started at the top of Lot
#1400. The property boundaries were well marked and a path along them
somewhat cleared. It was a downhill slope as I followed the property
line toward the lower lots. The time of the year is Fall as the leaves
have just dropped and it has been raining. I am walking down the slope
on a wet bed of leaves and guess what? I slip and fall and slide......
This goes on for a ways
with me thinking this is so private and I am alone. Now I am thinking
how are potential buyers going to see this wonderful view ? Then the
property flattens out in front of me with several potential lakefront
home sites. I walk to the right and find I am on an old gravel road
that I could have come in on from the north right to the home sites. I
walk back to the south passing the home sites and find the road goes
out to the Enchanted Valley sign. This is a good place to park and walk
in since the road is a bit over grown. I called the County to inquire
about lot size and possibilities of dividing and I got the feeling
three sites may be possible, with two being lakefront. These are my
opinions and only opinions and you will need to do your own due
diligence to ascertain what can be done with the property.
I would love to live here, on beautiful Mercer Lake with my feet in the
water while sitting on my Dock!
