I was prepping my Vancouver home for sale and Debby was recommended by my neighbor as an excellent realtor. I scheduled an appt. with Debby to talk about the process, thinking that I still needed to do more work on the house and that we may get it listed in a few weeks. I met with Debby on Friday afternoon, she had my home listed on Friday night. We showed it once the very next day (Saturday) then showed it twice more on  Easter Sunday and I accepted an offer on it that day. The house was listed and sold in a couple of days. Although I know this is not typical It certainly made my home selling experience a pleasant one.

Debby worked hard to help me find a new home, negotiate the deal  and manage the logistics of the sell & purchase.
